Im going to start working on only one mod but i'll need help,i don't know where to start

Hello everybody,im going to try to work on a mod called The "Baltimore City Fire Department" Mod and im going to only focus on that mod,but i'll need help making a list of Baltimore City fire department vehicles i have on the bottom of this topic,if anyone want to work with me to make this mod,i would appreciate that,again im going to be working on the Baltimore City Fire Department Vehicles and this mod will also have a 2 bay fire station with an engine and ladder company,most of the ideas came from www.fdnytrucks.com if yall want to check it out.
