Hello, I poorly need your help please!

I´m running CTDs while playing freeplay. It always comes different times. I don´t know what to do. Especially with winterberg 6.13 mod. I have Emergency 4 deluxe. Also everytime I quit to main menu from freeplay, game will tilt to windows.

I´m having new laptop; nVidia GeForce 9700M GT 512mb, Windows Vista, Intel Centrino 2 inside. 4Gb memory.
