Creating go home spots

I have downloaded the Kent Mod Beta, and I want to make it so that all the vehicles can return to their home(spawn) points at the click of the go home / go to police station button. 

 

I've Googled it but can't find anything, and had a play around the editor. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
