How to apply la mod

I have bought the game several times and still can't figure out how to get la mod to work can someone help plz

And 911 first responder is same as emergency 4 right??

First of all, this the wrong place to put this topic. Second, the LA mod should have an executable (.exe) file in the download. If it's a .zip (which I don't recall when I downloaded the mod, then open the .zip with WinRar or whatever archiver you have and double click the .exe and put the installation directory in your EM4 or 911:FR mods folder. And on a final note, they are exactly the same, except it's got 911:FR on the box and wizard works is the game folder.
