I already have installed the la mod and a siren mod, those weren't hard to do. Now it comes down to wanting to install the light mods. Well i know most come with or tell you what to do but the problem is, when i download it, it downlaods and then turns into a .rar file. WTF is that? and when i open it in notepad its all these random letters and symbols. Theres nothing that gives me the option to extract or anything. Xandarb Posted February 14, 2012 Report Share Posted February 14, 2012 .rar files are heavilly compressed and you will have to use a program like 7-zip to extract the files.
