mutu Posted January 9, 2012 Report Share Posted January 9, 2012 I recently built a new pc with Windows 7 operating system. I installed Emergency 4 and it worked perfect even on the highest settings. But now the other day my game would not launch. I got an error message saying "vision71.dll was not found". I re-installed the game multiple times but with no luck. Today I re-installed it again, and now the game launches but kicks me back to the desktop after about 10 seconds. During these seconds all I can see is a black screen.
