Adding vehicle mods to a existing mod

Hi i have the england mod and a few others. I have found some other mods called liebheer ltm 1060 car mod and mb sprinter liebheer. They are additional vehicles the have to be installed using the mod installer. which only makes them change the original game not the england mod for example. He wants something other the the tut from hoppah.

Sorry slim chance to that.

because adding cars to a mod. or to build a mod is in the same way.

and requires to make folders and files.

editing XML pages and so on.

Looking thruogh the tutorial. The vehicles have some of what i would have to do(i think). Is it possible to jump straight to no.29 or not?

If you are sure that you know the other 28 steps of it.

then yes.

if you don't know the other steps, then it is still possible, though not advice-able.

Because if you miss something you get an error you don't understand
