Emergency 4 will not run on my Windows Vista Computer?

So I just got Emergency 4 and was so excited to play it, I installed it fine but then I tried to run it but It wouldn't start. I have a Windows Vista 32 Bit operating system. It has 1 GB Memory (RAM) My processor is an Intel Pentium CPU 3.20 GHz 3.20 Ghz. I can't figure out why it doesn't work?

You must download the latest drivers for your video card for the game to run.

This problem has happened to me too and it worked fine after I Installed new drivers.
