On the "water" mission theres a boy standing at one of the cars, i recued him I got the same problem And what should I do on the mission, a very small map, one police car, one ambulance and one paramedic on the scene

Place a hydrant from the engine at the water post, and then connect a hoose frpm the hydrant to the fire engine

I usually sends 1 Battalion, and the fire engine with 5 personal and then 2 personal in the ladder... Swedish style!
