Hi i'm posting this to see if anyone can help. I downloaded harbor city mod 5.0.1 and tried to play and it won't work. I then downloaded v5.0.4 and it took me to a black screen after loading the game and you can hear background noise.but. Anyone have a fix for this? did Install it wrong?

This mod has been extremely difficult for me to get working. There is no read me telling me how to properly update it and I've downloaded version 5.1 and it doesn't work. I tried downloading 5.4 and still doesn't work. I'm sure I'm missing something needed for the mod to work maybe a previous version? idk but there is not much info on how to install everything and what not.

I'm not sure where to post this exactly and it doesn't seem like this site is that active anymore but I have 911 first responders and the LA Mod and wanted to check if anyone plays or wants to play multiplayer.

Am i the only one who arrested him? lol
