Try putting my file (unzip it before) http://www.emergency-planet.com/applications/core/interface/file/attachment.php?id=14441. If it won't help, delete the game files by hand via shift+delete and than reinstall the game

My emergency 4 crashes even though i update my drivers and changed the resolution, 2 years ago it was running.
