I recently discovered it was possible to RolePlay as a Firefighter in Farming Simulator 15: there are many firetrucks available, as well as a fire mod (only inconveniant is we can't put out the fire, but other than that, there are fire hose, and more equipment), here are a few videos featuring firetrucks, etc.
