Today i'm releasing an Emergency 4 Mod Installer Patch Application
This will fix the mod installer (if its broken) that comes with EM4
if your mod installer doesn't work it will say "An error has occurred Please reinstall" or something along the lines of that
This patch will only work if you have the game installed to this directory :
C:\Program Files (x86)\sixteen tons entertainment\Emergency 4\
