I have the same problem. I just turn shadows off and tooltips off. It helps, but doesnt clear them

Welcome to the official clan of the West Coast Canadian Modification! We are a clan for a game called 911: First Responders or Emergency 4. Emergency 4 is a real-time strategy game witch puts you in control of Fire, Police and EMS services. We have modded the game with our own custom scripts and models. These scripts and models mimic the models found on Vancouver Island, Canada. We play with vehicles from the RCMP, BCAS and the Langford Fire Department. We play frequent games and we have scheduled "Shifts" in either Sooke, Victoria, West Shore or a random town or village on Vancouver Island. well i was going to make the clan with the creators but your right.

I am looking to start a clan with a mod. I am looking for a modder who wants to put their mod as our base mod. Hopefully we can get a good mod like LA mod or West Coast Canadian! Anyone interested please comment!

Hello! Im developing a mod and im in a slump. I could use some help from professionals. I need to know what I need to do to make a good mod. Like making maps, putting in my custom skins, etc. I already have my skins and I also have two vehicles ready to go!
