with the update and stuff it basically broke most of the mods

Probably not, Hoppah is obviously quite busy with life and other responsibilities, but honestly the mod is still quite fun, no matter how long ago it was updated.

a friend of mine said perhaps the reason is cuz this mod gives weapons to police officer, and with the new update they changed the police officers. they might cause problems?

will this ever get a update?

The mod isn't working anymore since the last EM5 update. it shows this message and after skipping the message you won't get any missions.
