The fire tone audio file is located under Program files/Wizard Works/911-First Responders/Mods(Choose the mod you want to alter the audio file) Audio/Fx/Misc. You will see a file called "fire_alarm". You will need to copy and paste the new audio file that you wish to use in this folder and give it the same name as "fire_alarm".

Correct, however that is the tone that goes off within the station, im talking about the main one, when the actual call pops up.

Hello everyone, im looking to change the alarm's that go off when a call is "dispatched", the two tone beep for fire calls and triple beep for police ect. However i cannot locate where the audio file is, ive gone through the audio folder multiple times both in the mod im using, and in the EM4 database, any suggestions?

Im confused, i was able to make the download, but what happened to the new f-350 ambulances?! I was so excited for those, the ones i downloaded for the NYC mod are all messed up, and i cant get the correct files from anyone Bummer!! Hope all is well!

Mod looks great, but for some reason with mine, the ambulances model file is all messed up, the wheels are not set properly, so i tried to use the esu model file, but the front wheel on that is gone. Could someone send me the necessary files for those trucks??

Go to the unit, hit edit, there should be a box that says 'alpha reflections'. un-check it.

Unfortunately in doing that, the bucket becomes transparent...

Alpha layer was saved into the dds I bet

Is there anything i can do to solve this problem? Its strange, because when i go to edit lights in the editor, the skin looks fine and normal... but when its active in the editor its got the glossy look.

Hey guys, i did a reskin of the ladder truck in Paint, as i have done with all of my trucks. But when i went into the game, the skin was almost lighter, and only looked clear when it was straight facing towards the screen. I tried turning on and off some of the reflections, but didnt see anything happen! Any ideas?

are you using the same exact ambulance, like lra1 for both? If you are you need to seperate them. like one being lra1 and the other lra2. see if that helps. you need to duplicate it in the editor.

This is referring to the LA SG submod. I have successfully replaced the ambulance in station 2, with a Large Rescue Ambulance, and also setup station 1 with 1 Large Rescue Ambulance, and one of the original ford ambos. However, when the units go to return to station, all of them return to station 1. Even if they are in the area of station 2. Looking for some scripting help!

Hey guys, i have done some searching, and cant seem to find an answer. I just changed out the LA ambulance at Station 2 w/ the Large Rescue Ambulance. My problem is, the LA ambulance has separate sirens... I believe 09 and 10 are strictly the ambulances. I would like the Large Rescue Ambulance to have the same sirens, does anyone know where i can locate the additional siren scripts? I looked at the LASiren script, but they are not located there.

So i did some searching.... but havent really found an answer. I was wondering.... if it is possible to switch the model files of vehicles... for example. I would like to take a red ford f-350 pickup, and put it in place of the battalion chiefs vehicle as like a POV chiefs unit. I tried... but all i got was the original model file, but it was blank.

Hey guys, looking for some help. I noticed the swat suv didnt have a siren, and in forgetting that spent the past two days completely modifying it into a Fire Chiefs POV. I was wondering if the unit ever had a siren, or if there is a script problem with my game. Any help would be great!

After i select the lightbar polygons, i hit space, and hit copy, but when i went into object... nothing was selected.

Having problems still, when you said first of to select a single polygon, and right click on what i want, i right click on the lightbar, but the whole car is highlighted...

Hello, I have gone through all of the topics, done numerous searches. But have not found anything. Im looking for a simple step by step tutorial on how to edit lights in Zmodeler, I would like to remove the lightbar off of one car, and put it on another.

Problem. When i go into Zmodeler, and go to edit the vehicle, i have tried deleting the lightbar, but the only thing that deletes is the whole car! i dont understand how to select one certain part. I would also like to work on making the rescue into a spartan rescue, but i havent found a simple tutorial on editing the truck either! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
