I see them around a lot the only problem out of all the times I see them I never see them with there lights on so its hard for me to know what pattern is on the car but I have been lucky to have the unmarked cars in-front of me with there lights on for 1 time so yeah Also the unmarked explorer is nowhere to be found with its lights on. I check so many YouTube vids not a sing one shows it with its lights on but I found one on instagram so I am lucky.

not the best quality but i was able to find this of a slicktop Vic that did have its lights on

    Closest thing is this.

Fire rigs tend to be easier because they are flat on their sides. Bumpers are relatively easy to make, just follow the shape from the top and then extrude it down. UV map as needed

Mids and rears are mostly squares and rectangles that are put together. They are 'sharp' and have no curves on them. They are mostly straight lines so not much complexity there that could go wrong.

Cabs are just straight 'boxes' with a curved transition from front to sides.

Headlight bits should be 3D but need to be lowpoly. Stuff like handles and mirrors will also need to be crafted, but that would be among the last you do.

will it be the same for creating the real wheel wells? or is that a different method?

probably would have been a great mod. another modding community being ripped apart by bloody thirsty creators that cant let someone use an antenna from their car on someones else's car without  flipping shit.

no its because some people will take vehicles from other mods and then not give the proper credit to person who originally created that vehicle

  4. PM me your issues with it and i shall help you fix it

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

do you want me to pm you the whole thing because it is the first fire engine made it through blender and i really appreciate the help on this.

Pierce_PUC_engine.pngThis is the the problem im having with it i had made a Pierce PUC Engine thats needs to be fixed up a bit

  5. So far so good but my suggestion would be to use a mirror modifier (I assume the fire truck looks the same on both sides). Check out

, relevant part is from 1:00 to 1:45. It will allow you to model half of the vehicle while automatically copying everything on the other half. Once you are done, just apply the modifier and the model will be complete (do this step only when you are absolutely sure you are done modeling, as it's a pain to split the model and realign the mirror half). I'd also suggest checking off "Clipping" in the Mirror modifier menu, so that you'll have a clean middle line and the vertices won't cross from one half to the other.

on all of the LBFD ENGINE one side of the engine has a ladder

Assign side photo or blueprint and you will be able to fix erors.

thats the problem ive been having issues with the blueprints i had found on this exact type of engine

  6. Feel free to go and do what you want. I only require permission if you are releasing it for public use. I assume you are attempting a Long Beach FD Seageave?

i appreciate you letting me use them and i`m definitely gonna ask for your permission to release them firs, also yes i am trying to make a Long Beach FD Seagrave Engine and Tiller truck.
