Probably going to die by saying this but, What do you mean?

So when I bought em4 on my old computer through Amazon it worked perfectly. Now that I have my gaming laptop I downloaded it again through steam. I noticed when I play free play even by default there is a FPS drop. I normally play on high but I lowered it down and the same problem kept happening no matter what the graphics are at. I tried using a mod welfordshire but that made the FPS drop even worst. I dunno how to fix this can someone help?

Btw I tried using one core but that didn't work either
