    I think the whole idea of this is for you to utilize the first responder too, I also see in a screenshot what appears to be an emergency doctor..? Not sure but that's what I think is what the purpose is.

    Cheers man, that's awesome. I tend to like European modifications best because of the fact that Europeans are usually better at coding and scripting and their modifications are SO advanced. But, I just love my home countries apparatus

  4. Curious if any one has the Los Angeles Modification with the limited water supply script? I was going to implement it my self but I'm afraid I am going to mess it up, so I thought I'd ask here. 

     

    EDIT: Found out that the 4x4 modification submod has it, this can be archived or what ever you do with it.

    Pretty confusing to be fair, it downloads fully-..every thing up to the 1.2 gigs. I just re-downloaded it and it downloaded every thing and I have fast internet, still the same thing. Really depressing, wanted to play this.

    I think I answered you before, it's a corona problem. Look around the forums instead of asking twice, but since I'm a nice guy I'll give it to you! In the link I provided below you'll find instructions on how to install it too.
