hi there i have tried downloading this mod multiple times it does not work when i use wrar to try and convert it errors and says end of archive what does this mean

hey icant find the editor my version is from steam i have tryed these steps does not work:1: Right click your EM4.exe file.

2: New-Shortcut, or Create Shortcut
3: On your new shortcut, right click properties.
4: The Target: section should say this:
"C:\Program Files\WizardWorks\911 - First Responders\Em4.exe"
5: Change this to:
"C:\Program Files\WizardWorks\911 - First Responders\Em4.exe" -editor

hey every one please help me out my version of em4 is from steam i went to the local files and the editor is not present can i dowload it  from somewhere or what. 

thank you itch boy and i am serious about this mod this will be my first so im not sure how long it will take but my plan for alpha testing is veichle reskins. i am trying to do all the reaserach first so i know what i have. would it be possible to make a lifeguard tower that a lifeguard could enter

i realize that iam going to learn to reskin a few of hoppahs veicles once i get permission most likely i will use the orginal freeplay map because it greatly reflects huntington beach

Hi everyone i am planning to start making this mod. I haver made a mod would anyone like to help. I am planning on making the full city but take a few neighbor hoods out. HB has really cool fire dept which also includes marine safety. There is a major police station with 3 substations. I plan on making a full beach so that marine safetycan be involved. would anyone help teach me basics of building a mod.

when i am trying to convert/unpack their zip using wrar an error ocurs with the file

hey any one i am using my mac to dowload mods then using a flash drive to copy them to my pc. since certain mods are in rar format i got wrar to convert them i understand the process and i works fine for other mods but the 3 i listed in the title do not work
