when ever i play the mod i get these white boxs around the lights is their any way to fix it.

Do you need the mod installer to use this mod or is it like the LA mod

I just bought the game today from the Atari website. I am trying to add the New York mod but i cannot because of the same issue u were all having. I followed all the steps but it still seems to not be working. FYI i am on a WINDOWS 7 os. Someone please help

i bought it from Amazon and after following the steps. when i go to the folder still tells me that i was installed right and one know why
