Emergency 5 on gamersgate lists steamworks as third party DRM, does anyone know if this is confirmed anywhere else?

They're referring to a DX9 soundcard I think, and both the GTX600 series and the HD7950 and up all support directX 11, so itll probably be directX 11 yeah.
