  1. Good idea, I was thinking of the same thing. Hoppah's models are outstanding - if we could reskin them, (and maybe Hoppah could help us out with making some small edits to the model itself to change light bars and other light placement), to be a local FD or PD and then release it to the community, I think it would be great. I would want to make sure Hoppah approved of each mod mod, so he ensures a high level of detail.
  2. Hahaha, not a problem - its doubtful you'd ever notice it in the game and it looks great anyway, nice work.
  3. Wow, everything looks great Hoppah! Except the fact the Chevrolet logo is backwards.
  4. Nope. When a pump arrives on scene as opposed to having the FF exit the pump, click the attach hoses command and you will see that the FF exit, get hoses and attach them automatically - which is a HUGE time saver, especially at big fires.

  6. You are probably referring to the freeplay map in EM4 Deluxe - it has an expanded map with more events and event types.
  7. The pumps have an infinite supply of water right now, why would a reserve be needed?
  8. Do the sirens sound like that in game or is it the video? They seem way too loud and distorted.
  9. I still think the best addition to the game would be a "Fog of War" type feature. That way I have to send units to the scene and then asses the situation and not just know exactly what is going on before. They way I play now, I send a certain amount of vehicles to a call no matter what it actually is and then clear extra units when they arrive.
  10. --nevermind. I edited the lights myself and they don't look as good as I thought they would.
  11. Yeah, the top two lights on the rear of the Hazmat. They have a different flash pattern than anything else you've done.
  12. They look great Tony! I love the rear lights on the Hazmat - but you never really use the Hazmat unfortunately. Is there anyway to put those lights on the USAR truck or something else? Thanks
  13. They get confused for a little while. When they are all confused, you simply need to grab the person with the sign and get them in a police car ASAP. I always like to have a second officer with a flashbang ready so if I can't get the sign protester in a car fast enough I toss another grenade in the mix.
  14. Yeah, that looks really good. Would be interesting to see how it reacts in game.
  15. Tony, can you remove the reverse light flashers in the Police vehicles? From Mike's post, they are not used at all by the LAPD. The flashing tail lights are also not truly accurate. If you did want to keep them though, I would suggest more of a hide-away strobe effect that the current long blink. After you are done with the USAR truck, is there any chance you could modify the Ladder light bar? Aren't the lights supposed to rotate inside of the lenses? I'd actually love to see a new LED light bar, (well, 2 light bars technically), modelled onto the Ladder truck. Other than that, things look outstanding as usual.

  17. Tony, there are 4 lights on the side of the aerial by the cab, (the blue, green, red and yellow lights). These aren't emergency lights, they are more like status lights and shouldn't flash like you have them. I'd remove all the effects from those lights.
  18. New lights look great Tony!! One thing though, on the aerial truck - the amber lights on the side aren't meant to flash like that. I don't know if I agree with the arrow bar being on 100% of the time - it has a time and a place. What happens when you select the arrow bar command now?
  19. Too bad about the rear amber, I was afraid of that. No other ideas unfortunately, I'll trust your judgement on how to tweak them. Mirrors sound good. Just make sure the Charger doesn't have too many lights - it seemed to have too many even before the addition of the mirror lights. You may want to lose the fog lights. You should take a look at Mike's post about what each Police vehicle has in terms of unique lighting. It would be great if you could match what he has outlined.
  20. Another thing - the CHP Crown Vic - it looks like the coronas of the light bar are too bright or there are too many of them. Take a look in game and see what you think.
  21. I don't mean replace them, I just mean adjust the flash pattern so it looks more realistic is all.
  22. Tony, is there anything you can do with the rear amber lights on the Fire Trucks? Right now they are just a slow boring blink that doesn't seem to accurate to me.
  23. There is no doubt there are more lights now, so that will cause the extra lag if your PC can't handle it. That's one of the risks you take trying to add this much realism unfortunately.
