In the editor, have you have you gone into the traits section and given the vehicle a classification? With out this it will not know where to spawn at.

Can the unit name and model name be the same. The prototype is name "BCSD1.e4p" and the unit is "BCSD1" i saw some things where the unit has an underscore could that be the problem? I will images of the files  that I have edited. 

I fixed it but I got a new problem now when I go in game to test my model. And buy it. It won't spawn in game? But it spawns in editor.

Yes. I edited freeplaybase.

Do I have to use wordpad or can I use notepad?

Seeing as you're new, I'll merge the posts this time. In future use the EDIT button to avoid double posting (it is against the rules!).

I saved it by clicking it the X and clicking save. Should I do file save instead? 

I followed all the directions but when I go to save it it says ""You are about to save the document in a Text-Only

format, which will remove all formatting. Are you sure you want to do
this?"

so I clicked yes but my car is not in the mod.

This does not happen in the challenge mod but in challenge mode trucks dont spawn by default
