Go to your game file

Find em4.cfg

Open that in note pad

Ctrl + F 

Search r_yres

Change your yres to 1080

Your xres will be right to the left of that, change that too 1920

So when your done the whole thing should look like 

<var name="r_xres" value="1920" />
    <var name="r_yres" value="1080" />

I could possibly help with skinning depending on what your looking for

You need to edit the Materials file in the specs folder..

So do you have to edit ever single value all the way down the page or is there like a General number you can change that will edit it all

By no means is it a low spec computer, it crashes when just playing endless freeplay, normally after a fire or some type of incident 

can someone please tell me why the game crashes during play? it just goes blank and to desktop.

mine does it too, will just have to wait for a patch or update

They look really good. With 5 fire stations it's going to be a fairly big city? Are there going to be any changes to the map as in landscape or new structures?

I really havent even really started on the map yet. but yes. Im looking for new fire station designs and I will be changing the map alot

Welcome to the Hillside Modification

The city of Hillside is a factional city based off the LA Mod map. The Map will feature 5 Fire Stations, 1 Police Station, and considering a station or two for EMS.

The mod features multiple different types of vehicles. Credit will be given in the mod folder itself considering there are too many to currently type out.

More updates will be given out as they come, this is still a major work in progress, as this is my first mod.

If you want to create Detroit mod there should always be no ambulances available like in reality. Detroit is the worst fire dept. in the entire country mostly due to budget cuts and not because of the personnel.

Detroit is one of the worst fire departments in the country? Detroit sees more fires then almost any other cities in America, averaging up to 30 working fires a day. Detroit is 142.9 square miles and protected by under 1000 firefighters and with less then 30 firehouses open on any given day. Plagued with battered and broken equipment, but yet some how still manage to get the job done each and every day. So maybe next time you should rephrase your comments before you post them.
