what was it that you missed and how did you fixs it?

i am sure it was 100% and what are orso?

tryed reinstall the game diden work 

i have deleted all that in the folder and puted the new files there i tryed reinstall it 5 times it playes the supervisor when i get a mission put i have no sound i have every sound setting on max dosent work  and i dont have sixteentonsentertainment  i have wizards works

i tryed 5 times to reinstalled and no i have installed it to the main folder not mod folder

i downloaded the  

Enhanced Supervisor (Los Angeles Dispatcher) version 2 and i have the la mod 2.1 but everytime i get a mission the video of the supervisor comes up but no sound

Emergency 4 3.0 got it from steam

i have downloaded 1.3 patch but when i try run it it says emergency 4  is not installed and the installation will be aborted
