Is there anyway i can make my Emergency 4 run faster on LA mod.

Is there submod to make LAPD officers go on foot patrol.

i am stuck on this one also. how do you get the two people out of the building? nothing i do with the ladder truck works.

There is a spot in the mission were it does work .

I recently bought a new 1440x900 60hz pc screen but when i play Emergency 4 it goes all blurred. I tried the main menu settings but that dident help does anyone now anyother way to solve this problem ?
