Not a large workout today but tuff. 20 mins on bike with 85 pounds of pressure

Today's work out:400 crunches1 mile run10 squat thrusts 30 jumping jacks 30 push-ups30 second plank50 curls with band

Well we head home tonight but before that it's off to take a ferry to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island with some friends and my family. Missing Durham so much.
