  1. Hmm. I have heard of this issue and the fix is, if i remember correctly, to turn off shadows in the settings.

Otherwise try the normal, reinstall the game completely, close any programs that might interfere and make sure that you have standard settings on your gpu manager (nvidia control panel or similar).

Where do you turn off the shadows?

  2. Hi. I recently re-downloaded my copy of 911: First Responders from www.gamefly.com. After it was done installing, and I re-downloaded the LA Mod 2.5, I started it up. I went in to the modifications section once it started up, and it wasn't there. I've tried several things, like saving all of the files, placing them in a folder in the desktop, and using the mod installer to download it. However, when I go in to the mod installer and go to my desktop file through there, the file comes up as empty.

I'm a major Los Angeles Mod fan, and I literally can't play EM4 without the mod. Does anyone know how to fix this so I can successfully play the game?

P.S.: I'm not TOO good at technology. If you need to get advanced technologically with your answer, try dumbing it down a bit (lol).

    Thanks.
