I've fixed my erro problems, this way:

1. make mod directory in Game folder.

2. Run CCleaner, and registry checker.... cleans up registry and clears browser history etc. can download Ccleaner Free... www.filehippo.com

3. then copy mod file from dpwnload folder to mods folder just created.

4. double click on mod... and it worked for me.

HI, I'm getting same problem with London Mod, la mod... i've just had to wipe hard drive and re-intall windows 7 as Hotmail was hacked. I've been using this mod for years and had it backed up on another hard drive. I've even re-downloaded it and still get a corruption message.

did notice too that there are patches for the german, French versions... what about the english version?

My EM4 started to crash, so I searched google and it led me here, and there are various threads on the subject but not in one place.

So I have do a lot of them and thought it might be nice to have a complete list of things to do.

1. I first ran it in compatabi;ity mode for XP (As I have Windows 7) warning you loose your saved games. That didn't work.

2. Uninstalled Samsung Pc Studio.... Still no change. then I got impatiant and did the following. not sure which solved the problem but now fixed.

3. updated my Nvidia Drivers.

4. Added the screen res solution <var name="r_xres" value="1024" />

<var name="r_yres" value="768" />

the thread explaining this didn't say 'add' the above line, but 'edit' EM4.cfg file. I couldn't find any reference to resolution in the original file so I assumed it meant add it. I added it on the bottom line. It may done aboslutly nothing but EM4 now runs. .cfg file attached, no its not I'm not permitted to upload it, sorry

Just one other thing, on the extremities of the map, I get the rendering flickering, and road disappear, anyone else noticed? Why has no one made a patch?

What you did is called software piracy, and is just as illegal as obtaining the game from a torrent.

We will not be able to assist you with a pirated copy of the game.

Not really as I have sent him the money via Pay Pal... so I have paid for it, niot my fault that its impossible to get it in the UK... Under british law I have paid for it so its not dishonest so its not theft. No difesnt then him buying a boxed set and sending it to me by mail...

Yes, you can still play the original scenarios when you installed a mod. Just open the game and play. To play a mod, you first have to load it from the mods menu, if you don't load any mod, then you will be playing the standard game.

Just out of interest, how did you get the game so quickly, and where from? Half an hour ago, you didn't have the game...?

Well, 911 First Responders and Emergency 4 are the same and are both suitable for mods, Emergency 2012 can't be modded and 99 First Responders doesn't exist (or is that a writing mistake by you?).

Hi, I have recently seen the emergency 4 London mod. I have got it but am now confused as to which main game/simulatiuon I need. Emergency 4 -which is german or the English 911 first responders, which do I need? I have also found 911 first responders download at amazon, but it appears to be USA... is this the same as 99 first responders emglish version that is mentioned in various different places? Will Emergency 2012 accept this mod? I want to pay for the program as it is good, I donot want to result to torrents etc.
