I agree with handsup, lighting should be toned down, I loose a decent amount of frames when a lot of units are on scene.

Definatly stay in college dude. These days jobs are hard enough to get and without a college degree, you'll be pretty hopeless unless you wanna work at McDonalds or something. Keep working man!
