Haha i feel like an idiot now, If anyone else is having this problem than You move the Oringal (NOT THE COPY!) to a safe folder and you use the edited one to over write the oringal one and than you put the edited one in the Specs and it should work.
Also you can right click on the file, go down to properties and edit the security access levels. That's how I got the camera hack to work.
