  1. The time between callouts is extremely long as I had it set that way so I could test vehicles with minimal interruptions.

    I will remove the return to station command from the ambulances, thanks for bringing that up.

    As for the fire units- there was an engine in that empty bay, but it kept crashing. I'm currently working on finding, modifying, and reskinning new fire apparatus. This beta was mainly to show progress is indeed being made, and also to show off the tons of police units I've added. There will be a CVFD engine 2 and then Brewer's Landing fire department mutual aid units (as seen by the light rescue truck). A BLVFD chief's car is currently in progress. Thanks for testing guys!

  2. Hey Jacob, thanks for showing interest and playing the beta! I've worked very hard on making sure all police units look and work great. I'm giving up on fixing the engine 2 bug and am instead making a new prototype for engine 2 instead of trying to simply change the model. The brush truck has no return to station command as in the upcoming beta the brush rig will not spawn in the station, it'll be called in off map. Expect more updates soon!

  3. The beta in this topic is very, very old. Since then, a TON of new units have been added and lots of edits to the map :)

    New beta will be released once I can figure out why CVFD Engine 2 is crashing the game all the sudden.

  4. Foam tender is broken, known issue, sorry for the late reply. I'm going to pick this back up as school is winding to a close for the year. The map with the 2 stations broke before I could save it, I restored using the old Montana map for now.

    Question: Does anyone know how to edit where vehicles return to? I would like to fix the issues with ambulances and fire units not returning to their correct locations. What do I need to do to add more parking places and change what parks where?

  6. Glad to hear everyone's enjoying it so far! I've been working hard all day and am sorting out errors and working on units. Expect a patch soon!

    Fixed:

    -Lights added to MCPD car 1

    -BLS ambulance correctly skinned

    -Fire spread slowed down

     

    Currently working on updating many units including the ladder as well as the unit parking problems many are having with the EMS units and fire engines. Thank you everyone for your patience!

    Thanks I'll check it out. Sorry for all the bugs guys, but that's why I released it as is, to give y'all a chance to try it out and tell me what needs to be done!

    Opinions on the redone map? I tried to remove all European/large buildings to give it a small-medium size American town feel.

  8. Chrome does say it but it seems okay if you tell it otherwise.

    One bug I seen was;

    Error when ambulance is sent to hospital, it trys to return to the Fire station but can't, causing my game to freeze, but an error does pop up under the frozen game...never did get a screen shot (sorry)

    Ah yes, thanks for reminding me. I know about this and it will be fixed in the next release. For now you just have to send them on a patrol or off map before they return to the station.

  11. Sorry for lack of progress, I'm a high school student, fire explorer, crossing guard, and have lots of responsibilities lately. I haven't forgotten about this mod, expect more progress once school lets out for Thanksgiving Break!
