      If you're downloading the mods 99% of the mods are easy to install. Its just a simple extraction or using WinRAR and then using the exe file to install it. But if you're looking at modding yourself, I can't help you with that :P

      Its a visual warning to other road users to let them know an emergency vehicle is coming. Like a vehicle horn or siren, its to make drivers aware and make them aware the emergency vehicle is here. LED's were deemed more effective when they were first brought in because the flashing is caught easier my the eye, than halogen/rotatory. But I do also question this sometimes, as some drivers really do not know how to move out of the way

      I'm more offended by the severity of your language and the structure of your comment. It suggests aggression, and self importance. Ahh, Criticism is part of freedom of speech, correct.. But flaunting the rules you swear to serve and enforce, isn't. I do believe, swearing is an infringement on the site rules, am I right?

      I used to run a few of my own businesses when I was 13... thats why I won my award :) I done Gardening, and a Animal Rescue Team. Its difficult now, because of the season.. Maybe Web Design, or some sort of design company. Have a look at something I was going to start www.etlcs.webs.com

      However much I agree with Voodoo about the brief outburst, It shows the frustration this person has towards the government which I share with him.. Public Sector workers contribute soo much to this country, yet get so little out of it? Why cut the public sector is one thing I would like to ask Dicky David, and Nipple Nick... John, I completely agree with you :)
