but it would be kinda dumb is the map was in say, a roadway based city, like in Hoppha's LA map

pepper spray is unneded due to handguns

riot cops would be strange to use, as they mostly consist of SWAT cops with Balistic sheilds and Bats

organ transport/blood service, thats kinda something they do AT the Hospital, not in the middle of the map
