Thanks Mikey! As for your fix, I had already set Emergency 4 to run on the high performance graphics, but that did not solve the issue. But after I set it for the entire machine to run on the high performance chip, it still did not solve the problem. I have attached my dxdiag above but I'm still looking for the log file. I guess it also might be helpful to mention that I am running Windows 8.1 as well. If someone could please help me, this would be much easier for me because my next course of action is to do a complete wipe of the hard drive and I would really like to avoid that. Thanks for all of your help!

But is there something that would cause this issue that maybe I can resolve other than with a new machine because the game worked fine for the life of the computer and my previous machine which was WAY outdated lol. Both machines ran Intel and I've never seen this problem before...

I too am having this problem. I have tried running several different modifications including the LA Mod 2.1, the NY mod, V.1.0 of the Manhattan Mod, V3.0.5C of the Manhattan Mod, the Montana Mod V 2.1, and the Harbor City mod 4.3.2. I was running the Harbor City mod 4.3.2 just fine yesterday and then I downloaded the Manhattan modification V 3.0.5C. When I started that, I found that my stations were all empty, so I tried redownloading the modification and then reinstalling it. I was able to install them correctly, but then I got a white box for the rotating unit picture from the vehicle menu. I also got a blank space for the unit image on the bottom right. After I reinstalled the modification, I ended up with that portion to work, but I still have the white, rotating picture.
I initially thought that it was the new driver that I installed yesterday, but when I reverted to an older driver, I found that I still had the same issue. I tried to fix the resolution thinking that that may have had something to do with the issues, but this too was not the case. Finally, I tried to remove the program and all of its files from my computer, but I found that this was not the solution. Just now, I noticed that after I updated my drivers, I saw that Intel and power saving was the default, so I edited this to reflect my Nvidia card, and this still did not solve the problem.
I am running a 2014 Asus Q550 with an Intel i7 2.4 GHz processor, a Nvidia GeForce 745M graphics card and 8GBs of RAM.
I also apologize that I do not have the log file or a DX diagnosis because I am not familiar with how to post this information. If someone could please help me, it would be greatly appreciated because I am at a loss for any possible solutions.

Well remember, Bowden wanted a new squad in the third-ish episode, when the current rig was the Saulsbury and then the HME came in the third episode.
-
This mod is awesome! I live in Jefferson Parish, LA! Question, are you guys doing any JPFD rigs?
-
Everything besides the PD boat and FD transport are in the LA mod....
-
Yeah copy the files onto the LA mod. Then hit replace all and you should work.
-
oh ok. That makes sense. Thank you.
-
Just wondering, is there going to be a tiller for the city fire department?
-
I saved it to my desktop but it didn't work. I had to open it up with 7-zip and it worked. I noticed that there are no SCFD ladders. Is this supposed to be like this?
-
Yes it does EMT75.
-
Ok thanks, griffy. I'll try that.
-
I'm just wondering, what is wrong with the .zip file of the 1.1 file? When I try to unzip it, it keeps saying that it cannot read it because it is corrupt. Please help!

There are worse senerio's of cars vs hose...
I Can't tell you how many times I've done that. Idiots shouldn't have parked infront of a hydrant.
-
I'd love to play a mod like this, but wouldn't it just be easier to reskin a few rigs from the Manhattan Mod or NY Mod than make almost an exact copy?
-
Awesome skins!
-
ok here we go..... 1-11+13-17+25-50+52-79=pointless, 51, does not exist in the LAFD, and 20 and 70 are already in the mod. The only rigs that could be useful is 12, and MAYBE 18.
-
Thank YOU!!!! However, can you tell us when the new link is up? That way we don't do the same thing.....
-
Hey- that's a good update in itself!
-
Yes mine is! I just reinstalled it and are waiting to re do it.
-
ohhhhh sounds interesting
-
This looks so cool!!! I can't wait!
-
You should let them do regular FF tasks, only Chiefs and up stay outside.
-
I am not positive, but I think that you have to go into sounds, commands and add a voice clip to that, but I have never done it.
Major problem in my EM4... :(

Great news guys! After I noticed it with the help of you guys, I was able to find that in the Nvidia panel, it had not actually applied my changes to use the high performance graphics. I just loaded up the stock game and I saw that it worked with that. Most of the mods have worked for me now, so I am going to try to install the Manhattan mods again and see if they work. I can't thank you guys enough!
I think what happened to me was when I updated my drivers for my graphics card, the game reverted to using the Intel card, so watch for that and see if that is something else.
EDIT: Now I can't give commands to anyone move anymore. That list of commands is blank on some of my mods, so I am going to attempt to reinstall all of them.
