I really enjoy this mod, it replaces the annoying German guy I have to put up with... I wonder if I can identify deluxe event supervisor files. And it's stuff that should be easy to replicate (Water main break, Missing person, Person with Rifle) Edit: I ID`ed a few files. ID SUPERV EVENT D01 - Chemical Accident involving Birds (Birds lay on the ground contained with poisons, causes infection when people get near) ID SUPERV EVENT D02 - Severe Weather (Hail Storm, but In LA?) ID SUPERV EVENT D06 - Broken Water Main (Hydrant) ID SUPERV EVENT D08 - Missing person found dead (Murder, Requires investigation from a "Profiler" or "Negotiator") ID SUPERV EVENT D09 - Radioactive / Chemical Cloud Release ID SUPERV EVENT D10 - Person With a High Power Rifle (Hunting Rifle , Sniper Rifle , One hit from rifle cases casualty) ID SUPERV EVENT D11 - Defective / Sparking Electrical Box (Causes injury to people who get near it) Missing person has a bunch of files tied together, so Give me time with that one Why am I pushing this? Why should we just limit the mod just to 911 when we have the resource and knowledge of all 3 EM4 games, Let everyone have fun with this.

I call in a trama team they heal them and take him to surgery, but now what? Also, how do I set up the detour signs properly? I can't help thinking that we need an alternative method of handling mass riots, I hear LAPD started using LRAD units for future riot situations, I know they have them here in New York. But That would be a suggestion, so I'll stop right there.

I just noticed this today, not sure.. The way that medical and crime events work is this, Person A is randomly picked to do the following (Stroke , Heart Attack , Medical Aid , Hover over to a building to start burning it in an unexplained fashion, Jump off into the water to kill themselves, start demanding a "Wiener Stand" At a BANK, or just randomly shoot someone because they said the word "Cocktails") They aren't pre planned by anyone they are designed so that it's random. But I do recall at least one mutliplayer game where a woman wearing a red sweater blue pants just got away with a stack of DVDs (Shoplifting) Caught her, and after one heart attack later she came back to steal shoes.. What.. the.. ****.

I haven't used Winterberg in months. I tried updating and I'm getting "Please update this program before using it" but I don't know where to update it again.. Update: No wait, scratch that I found out how to update it. ^_^ Anything really really new since I've been gone?

This isn't a Single player riot situation, this is an MP situation. There is no guy with a sign. It's a group of people who start throwing rocks and cocktails from the start.

Dosn't always work in the larger areas, like where the hotel and shopping complex area of the map.

You guys aren't helping, we don't use lethal force for riots. This isn't china. So say something else.

No matter how many times we try or what stupid tactic we come up with, we can't control riots in MP. Our Worse was today 64 people down with hazmat and half the city burning, we couldn't control it no matter how many times the other people had that stupid bob the builder "Yes we can" BS. Is there something we are missing.

Will this cause me to get "CILENT FILES DIFFER" when I try to use multilayer?

Mutiplayer thoughts: After finally getting a game going, We had fun.. until someone stole the orange lambo.. We said to ignore it and it disappears but this time it didn't We couldn't even shoot the thing.. So that's one road closed for good, Whatever. Then we had problems controlling people and cars.. There was too many (Again) >_< But it was still fun to use the chase command and watch cop cars to drive up into allys chasing bad guys like an action movie..

Finally, I can enjoy this mod. I cut down the event times by a lot because of travel time to the event and the fact that I'm still having a few traffic tie ups.. Isn't there something in the freeplay's file that I can adjust to lower the spawning time of cars?

I said the traffic problem ruins the fun because it spills everywhere eventually and then I can't move my units..

You must love to waste your time trying to untangle traffic jams instead of saving lives.. yeah that makes sence.

Well, I think there's too many car spawns on the map. Lets face it kids, realistic traffic in this game is not going to happen. I can't mirco manage traffic forever, then There's too many tangles to fix and jams to un-jam, and then I have to stop completely. Ruins the fun.

I was just about to start playing, but with the installer I had a problem It did NOT detect that I'm using EM4:DEX on a hard drive not marked by C. I have 2 drives, One is System and files the second one is Games and MISC programs So it whould be located under the I drive. Thankfully I was manual able to feed the file path to it and get it installed.

My German sucks half the time, Is there a English translation available?

IF your talking about that manual siren script, it's on hold and it's not being provided by the person he once thought.
