  1. There's still a few problems I am experiencing that I can't iron out, in particular with a few units.

    If people are able to assist in fixing some of these, I'd appreciate it and It would mean we could collectively release the mod.

    Please let me know if you would be willing to assist by contacting me through Private Message

  2. Andrew, which units that you created worked? I was looking primarily at the Support Utility, the Division 3 Truck and chief, the Utility van and the dozer utility truck. Did any of these units work properly in game?

    I had them done, although they were in game, but not at the same time for some reason due to a weird issue I couldnt resolve.

    Im sure someone else could get them to work

  3. Is the Sydney mod still "alive"? I thought that the mod was dead

    I suppose you could say it's on hiatus.

    Ok, thanks for the info Xplorer4x4. I may see if I can PM him and ask if he's interested in rereleasing any of the models he has completed.

    Yeah, I don't have a great interest in continuing the submod anymore. I just kept having problem after problem.

    I'm more than happy to release the work that had been done for inclusion in other submods, but it needs work - models, scripts, etc

  4. I was thinking that Dyson should release a beta version so that the community can test it out. Them more testers you have, the more bugs that could be found. A smaller group of tester will only take longer to found all of the bugs. Strength in numbers, just my two cents.

    Not necessarily - tested under certain circumstances, and general playing, you can find as many bugs as a large group. There's always bugs regardless of how many people or how long a piece of software is tested for, look at Windows for example.

  5. If my memory serves me right, it's not working as your referencing id's that don't exist in the javascript, e.g

    document.Home.src='Home(RO).jpg'

    There's no element with an ID of Home.

    Try adding

    id="home"

    to your image and see how it works

  6. Hi Infernal,

    That's a Firepac, It was Rescue 15 up until a few months ago when 15 Burwood turned into a single appliance rescue station now running a Class 3 Scania Rescue Pump.

    If you have any other photos or what not, feel free to PM me

  7. If you still need any help, dont be afraid to ask me ;)

    Hope everything is fixed and well, so the re-release can be soon!

    Will do, I'll keep you in mind

    guess he was wrong cause the end of the week past & this week is almost up hope he gets it ready soon im so excited

    I am trying my best - I've got major, major exams coming up in a few weeks so I'm studying my bottom off for them along with a tonne of other work too - ugh, It's never ending.

    But guys, Trust me, I am working on this every spare moment I get.

    I just want to fully test and sort out ALL,if any remaining bugs.

    :excl:Be Patient :excl:

    Thanks, I do appreciate your support.

  8. don't think this looks quit unrealisctic with the sizes of the vehicle's? models are great but the sizes are unrealisctic

    In reality, the Panthers are a bit larger than other vehicles. It only needs to be scaled down a small bit,

  9. most times company's just let go cause it is a kind of free advertising for them, people search on google on find that game, instead of the android version.

    also will it contains advertising for emergency / 911 first responders in the credits, menu/settings etc. but as i not sure till release is there.

    I don't exactly know where you got that idea from. If a multi-billion dollar DVD production company would sue a single-mother with 2 children what would stop the game developers from suing you for copyright infringement? You ALWAYS need to go through the right channels and obtain the necessary information and rights for use of a copyrighted and trademarked name.

    That's like saying well I'll create a game console and call it Playstation, though Sony wouldn't mind because it's free advertising for them.

    Souldbody, I suggest you check the Android Market TOS or whatever they call it. By naming your app this they might not even allow you to release it, so why not save your self the trouble of reprogramming things at a latter date and change the name.

    What Xplorer4x4 said is correct - There are certain terms within the agreement on the marketplace that prevent you from releasing an application like this without the necessary documentation, moreso when using an existing software's name.
