The mod installer has an "unistall" button, to avoid problems its best to open the new mod file, then hit cancel, select the existing mod in the mod installers list and click "uninstall". Then when the list is empty, close the mod installer, reopen the new mod file and install the new mod. If that makes sense.
Anyone have any ideas why my game will only load the mod for freeplay and not for missions?

just load the mod and start campain?
Thanks for the reply, but that has never worked for me with any versions of this mod. Freeplay, the mod loads. If I start a campaign, it doesnt.
Anyone else having this or know how to fix it?

Sounds great!
I noticed talk of issues with Mission 2 earlier in the thread and the recent update says its fixed this, but I dont understand, because I have never been able to get the mod to load with missions, only seems to work on freeplay?
Im happy for the Mod to only work in freeplay, but if its possible to use if for missions also, how is this done?

Although I have found a few small glitches:
1) The ARV coppers can not put down the MP5s once you have equiped them with it, which means they can't get back in any vehicle.
Works Ok for me. While equiped with the MP5 you should be able to put you curser over the ARV and then you should get an MP5 icon with a cross through it. Click the ARV and the unit will "dequip"
One question I have though, in the Alpha version I was able to pull drivers over and fine them for speeding/documents etc but it doesnt work in V1.0?

if youve installed it normally the path should be C:\Program Files\sixteen tons entertainment\Emergency 4\Mods\London Mod\Specs
then click on BOTH endless file names... scroll down and find the ones you want to turn off... in the top of the event should be the number "1" for true meaning yes.. put "0" for false as in off
Thanks. I had a look in the specs folder and the files I have are freeplaybase.xml, freeplaybase_d.xml, freeplaybase_mp.xml, portraits.xml and metastrings.xml?
They all seem to be related to "vehicles" I cant find one with "events"?
There are 5 "endless" files in the normal EM4 specs folder should I move two of those to the London Mod specs folder?

this is going to sound cheeky as.. but is there any way to edit it so that we can turn off certain events?

Does this mod allow you to have a police unit equip with the traffic jacket using the equip button with the vehicle like in the LA Mod?
