You've encountered a common problem with many mods.

I have already adjusted the traffic lights but if they still cause problems, I might have to tune them even more.

Anyone else having a traffic issue? Cars can't get through traffic lights. The traffic lights change from Green Yellow Red over and over. Causing use huge traffic jams. 

Help would be great.
