I don't know if it is easy to do by scripting,
but i would do so, that if patient health drops below the ambulance mark (ambulance greyed out), it will not grow beyond this.
Reason:
now there is no point in using helicopter, you just wait 10 seconds and take victim by ambulance.
- It will make game more difficult
- make the hchioppers useful
- you will be interested in reaching victims ASAP.

All FDNY Truck (ladder) companies carry a set of jaws for extrication, but rescue companies, such as rescue 1, do respond to most serious MVAs with entrapment.
I just mean you have to call for a big bulky truck with 6 people just for jaws, but in LA mod you have small cars (equipment truck as i remember), so you can call them to small accidents.
But if it is what happens in real life, i can live with it:)
and a VERY important thing: please fix tow truck because it works in a very weird way... very hard to position it correctly (for example in campaign mission train derailed you just can't get the half submerged carriage).

I don't know if FDNY uses this, but i believe it is reasonable to add some kind of equipment truck, because now we have to call for a big truck with boat on top in case of car accident.

Remember that if the victim has been involved in a car accident, or other incident that may have caused neck injuries, you need to imobilize the neck before transport to ambulance. You find it in the blue case.
I forgot to write it, but its not in the blue case it is in the main menu along with cases

In case of Trauma+amputation+blood loss what i do:
On scene:
- Oxygen
- Bondages
- Neck fixation
*Get to the car ASAP*
*Call a helicopter to a nearest LZ*
While transported to LZ:
- IV Carter
- Saline solution (According to wiki its better to use HAES solution)
- Ketanest (being used in trauma situations according to wiki)
- intubation+ventilation (if problems with breathing)
*Monitore blood pressure/ECG while in transit*

The mode is great, but do i really have to evac all the enemy casualties all the time?
I go to the "active shooting" with 2 bad guys, then i got ambushed and 5 more enemies down (to a total of 7).
And the ambu-humvee can hold only 2, so there is a large amount of driving back and forth and its hard to finish mission on time...
Or am i missing something?
