what patch was it ?
Also, what do you mean the game doesn't start? Does it get stuck on the loading screen loop where it shows the characters ? This happened to me before and i managed to fix it.

Patch 1.0.7.0, now i get that of social club and press play and nothing happends also about 5-10 minutes nothing
