Hi All,

I currently play Emergency 2012, but I am going to downgrade to Emergency 4 / 911 First Responders when I fix the blank screen and crash error.

I have came across several mods, but this one seems to be awesome and the biggest around too...

I went on the official website (http://www.losangelesmod.com/) to see, under units, "EMS | LAFD | LACOFD | USFS | LAPD | LASD | CHP | ARMY | FBI | MISC" - What the heck are these? All I know is FBI and Army o.O These see signature - I am new to this game, and when this is working its my first time.

I played the LA Mod map for a long while and just recently switched to orginal map and i love it. I would rather play on it.

How about combining LAPD and LASD in one building but on oppesite sides of the building? Not sure if thats how they do it in LA but in my county the county pd and sd are in 1 large building but are split one on each end and a jail in the rear. That could save some modding and editing making 2 departments just combine them ???

like TexasDPS said give it time. On my laptop which is above average takes a little under a minute and about 30 seconds once I select free play. But my desktop takes like 3 minutes to load LAMOD lol.

what I normally do is let it sit and burn for a while and only send out 2 engines. I also lately only been playing with a ladder and 2 engines for the hole map to make it interesting and challenging.

Light more stuff on fire

I wish we could do that. Would be fun to light half the map on fire and go and try to put it out lol

ah ok cool I didnt know it was in there. Thanks. Next im gonna follow the tutorial on how to add units to the fire stations and add the LRA to FS2 hopefully.

Im using the original 2.0 La Mod but trying to use the LRA from 4x4 to it. I updated the the game with the latest update. I added the LRA. Edited it in fire station script, fire station start, battalion chief, and Siren.

Loaded it up and gave errors about siren and a few more . I hit ignore and proceed to game normally. When map loaded only the ladder truck was in the fire station 1 and fire station 2 was empty. I took away all changes I made minus the update and problem still is there so gotta delete the mod and re load la mod.

Can anyone tell me how to properly add the LRA unit ?

Can anyone tell me what may of caused my problem??

you just need to install the mod without the new map, and when you update it make sure you dont check the update for the new map.

ok thank you. I will try that now. Do you know if I will still be able to play my xplorer4x4 with ysb submod with this new map?? And would I be able to make a back up of my current copy and when the new changes made just paste it back in and it work?

This is the only mod I come back to and play I love it. Question. Anyway to play the orginal em4 map with this submod? The lamod map is getting a little old.

nice looking stations texas. I got a question. Im running the la mod map how do I change to the map you have ( the original em4 map )??

got a question is there a way to expand FS2 ? I dont see a need for another fire station but I would like to add a few more bays on with FS2.

hey i downloaded NYsubmod2.3 and dont no how to play it though can someone give me a answer.

start your game. Go to modifications and click on NY Mod. It will appear to freeze while it loads but give it time it will load. Then once it goes back to main menu you are ready to play.

I agree I love the fire truck sirens in the video. Anyone know where to download it at? I also been wanting to change the station alarm. Anyone have any sounds I can download off them?

me personally havent found to many bugs where it isnt playable. I had a earthquake a little bit ago and the entire mini map looked like it had chicken pox. I bet there were 30 small fires. I just quit the game and restarted it. I wasnt up for that big of a challenge.

Also is there a way to make the people on the streets or side walks move when an emergency vehicles is trying to get by ? My units seem to get stuck and hit the side walks but only to get stuck again cause a person or 2 refuses to move. Have to physically get a cop to arrest and move the person or get a FF. In La Mod they move automatically. Other than that awesome mod !!!!!!!

Found a few more bugs.

Ambulance gets to confused when heading to an incident. If traffic is backed up it will attempt to get on the side walk and rock back and forth and not go anywhere even when traffic clears. Sometimes getting stuck unless you physically remove each person if it gets stuck around people.

Also people get stuck in road way. I played for 20 minutes and it got so un playable with people standing in roadway not moving for vehicles or emergency vehicles and causing huge traffic jams. Also to many people being bunched up on side of the road when a car would make a right turn it would block a car from turning. Would have to send a ff or police officer to move them. Finally got tired of it and just shot the people.

dyson i read back in the pages that the tower in fs1 works on your end but on my end its missing its solid white. how do i fix this? thanks

Tower truck skin is blank white.

Snow is kinda hard and different any way to turn it off?

ALS engine rapid development and hose hook up the ff's take off across map.

Top 2 police cars that supposed to be hummers are vans with front nose missing.

Ambulance doesnt park in FS 3. Gives a parking script error.

WAY to much traffic makes it difficult to even move. Sense its NY im guessing thats the way its supposed to be.

Will play later and give more reports if I come across any.

YSB I like the mod !! I loved the xplorer mod from the beginning but I like the touch you brought on it.
