There is(or used to be) a mod that I cannot recall the name.

All I remember from it it's that it came with an installer and a HUD. It also had a new way of calling units instead of the vanilla one it openned a menu of police/medical service/fire departments and it showed the name of the available units.

I also remember firetrucks had limited water, and the mod was in a German city that I think it was Berlin.

Someone can tell me the name of it?
