  1. I am replying to the older thread of the 2020 parade in Dillion as I've been inactive on this forum for a while. So forgive me for it being an old reply.
Most people have a misrepresented idea of rural small towns in the plains and mountainous regions of America. A lot of people are deeply religious and lean to the right, especially with modern political movements of supporting Law Enforcement supported by numerous right leaning politicians.
Although most rural and underpopulated departments have older gear compared to bigger populations and agencies with more funding, departments normally get new cars once every 7-10 years, even in extremely underfunded and underpopulated towns. Fire Departments can typically last for longer as they are used a lot less. I remember I stopped and visited a few departments in a lot rural and somewhat populated ruralish area in my state and most of the 10-15+ year old trucks had less than 15-20k miles on them.
You also to imagine that Montana has "frontier" counties, which are counties that are so rural with so much land and sparse population that a lot of people use firearms as means of a way of life. Think of it this way, if you don't live in the largest town in the area, you're probably far away from town/living on a ranch. Jobs aren't that easy to come by in underpopulated areas. Therefore in order to survive the wild, which includes evading bears and other dangerous wildlife, you must have a firearm to live.
You also have to understand that severely rural areas have history of Deputizing people en masse to catch wanted criminals, or allowing citizens to join apprehension task forces.  The most extreme recent example was in Hinsdale County, Colorado where THE Sheriff was killed while chasing a bank robber, leaving his Undersheriff gravely injured. This lead to the Undersheriff to Deputize all citizens in the County and call them up for service in a Sheriff's Posse to begin the search for the bank robbers.

It would be super useful to me if I had consistent numbers on how much playtime you have before the game crashes, or the textures begin getting corrupted which preceeds a crash.

I'd also be happy if you are able to find out by how much the selection lag worsens over time.

I got it, I'm a professional tester, I got a few crashes, I just played 40 minutes and didn't experience any lag mainly because I had my render low. A few bugs here and there which will be logged.

There's no way for me to prevent vehicles and persons from wandering onto the tracks. The remedy for that is to disable collisions on trains so that they dont injure people or explode any vehicles.

We do, because we want to be sure no bugs from the last version remain. However, that does not mean we will release patches for the old version. We're going all in with v.2.5.

I understand, I'll start stress testing and record information on my version that I have.

BLS because its the most likely training they would have for the area. Beaverhead county also have a private EMS agency that has ALS qualified medics so it would seem redundant to have both as ALS.

Not Montana related, but in West Virginia, all fire departments that carry an ambulance requires ALS training and as a result, some states and counties are requiring departments to start running ALS.

I hope you don't mind that half of the departments will be removed, or changed into their real life counterparts.

Impala model by Ubisoft, CVPI model by NNICO. Both lightbars by me.

These PD units are subject to change but are the most complete among the bunch. We are still unsure with the sheriff crown vic because there are pictures that appear to depict two different CVPI's they run instead of just one, and we aren't sure which spec to go with.

Dang, I really loved the all blue lights for the Sheriff's Office.

  6. I really love the modification, it crashes often tough (for me) but it's still amazing to play around with. When I'm bored, I just load up Emergency 4 and start loading the Montana modification, give it 14 minutes and I'm in the game already on my first call. The mod is really well done, especially with the departments such as:

    -Park rangers.

    -Fish and wildlife (game wardens).

    -Beaverhead County Sheriff's Office.

    -Mondia Pass Township Police Department.

    -Montana Highway Patrol.

    -Beaverhead County Fire Department.

-Mondia Pass Township Volunteer Fire Department.

-United States Forsety Service (Fire unit)

    -Beaverhead County Emergency Medical Services.

--Beaverhead County Fire Department Emergency Medical Services

-American Medical Response (3rd party/private ambulance company)
