Right so heres the deal, My cursur played up now, I haven't tried to get back into EM4 but basically my cursur apparntly hugs to one side (which is the bottom left side) which is strange because my cursur is on the middle of the screen and my fingers are off of the pad and my hands are on the movement keys, What can i do to help this problem.?

How big is your textures? are they way much smaller than the items? Or much larger or the same size?

Sometimes i make Textures that are either in the middle,Big,low i keep going up and down basically lol

Well i sometimes import images to fit on people or cars ETC ETC, But sometimes they look blurry, And to me it looks like I've rushed my work which annoys me, I know i cannot be perfect but any tips on solving blurry issues?

What's the difference in: Texturing,Skinning,Uv Mapping.? Skinning is what I'm doing (Doing some decals by hand and some by pic etc etc) But what make's it so different from Texturing and Uv Mapping?

OK so i wanted to add a unit that is a car to the Police side i know that Hoppah made a Tutorial but its outdated and i can't really understand any of it and I'm stuck. Basically anyone who knows how to add cars post here and tell me how step by step please.

OK so here is the Pic of the PDCar.

And as some of you may know I'm working on a VPD Mod Anyhow. You may see a Logo on the Police Car there. That Logo i want and i am not going to search for the Logo and paste it (Mainly i can't find some online) So could anyone help me try to Make the same Logo but by hand? Also i am using GIMP2.

Unfortunately I don't think Hoppah made that model. That is why people usually reskin NICCO's CVPI model

Oh right OK well I'll get to work on finding who made the MODEL thanks for pointing that out.

I use Gimp2 and you can make any units or police force you want,I don't control the VPD so feel free too do them ,by the way they ARE Vancouver's finest.

Vancouver Police Department changed the looks of the cars a few years ago,the current paint scheme look like this...

O.O How the hell do you get these textures to look so good? >.< And i know but sometimes the old paint job are abit fitting

Because you said "...finally made my first mod", which leads me to believe that is something big but then I noticed explained "...(which just uses one model of the cv_lapp)... obviously I'm left with a false impression

I'll put out 2 videos trying to show the texture. And what do you mean by "a little more info"? Was there anything Specifc you wanted to know?

OK so no longer will this post just be about Vancouver PD like i Original wanted it to be. Infact THREE County's from Canada I'm going to attempt to do a Reskin from: LA MOD 2.0. Now if anyone see's any of these car's that I have/attempting to Reskin and you find it to be Outdated or needs a patch up let me know by all means. However if WoodStock PD paint Scheme is outdated that doesn't matter it is orignally meant to be.

VIDEO 1 Is now RELEASED!

VIDEO 2 Vancouver is now finished. (UPDATED.), But not video only pictures.

VIDEO 3 Toronto is now finished. No pictures'video's yet but there will be soon.

The reason why VPD is back in Reskin: Because the paint job is outdated PLUS the paint job was AWFUL. Thanks goog1967 .

Oh yeah and by the way I'm going to include two (or three Including Female) officer's Reskinned to Each County.

The Dallas Sheriff car isnt finished and all the cars need a little fine tuning. I also dont know how to put pictures on here without adding links, can I get some help on that please. Thanks.
