EDIT: I like it thus far, a few unskinned vehicles and curious as to why on the side of the fire apparatus it says "Policia Federal". I'm not good with Spanish but "policia" means police, right?

You can put them in your self if that is what you mean. You can find two EMT's or two Paramedics' and command them to get the stretcher and then have a separate paramedic in there as well. However, that kills the realism vibe which you shouldn't mind unless you like realism.
