I use 7-zip, but i know that many ppl out there prefer WinRAR, so i will put links to both of these programs. Both of them should be able to extract .rar files. Oh, and both of them are available for free!After that you have extracted the .rar file you will probably be able to see a readme that you can read for further info.My links:7-ZipWinRARHope I helped!
