Well, I'm going to take the plunge and announce officially my attempt at a mod. This is mostly a reskin of LA Mod, but I'm hoping to change the vehicles spawned and if I do this right, changing out a few models along the way also. FIRST - THANKS TO HOPPAH and EM4Life.
