It says on their official Facebook and their official newsletter site : the reason amazon and other sites aren't updating yet is because it takes time. The publisher has to contact amazon and it could take a couple of days. I may be late to the party but I've noticed something from the trailer as provided by Facebook: The preamble about rating is in English, as is the copyright at the end of the video. But there are rumors, that the German release will include English translation.
